HEALING FROM TRAUMA THROUGH YOGA AND MINDFULNESS
Everyone deserves access to the healing benefits of yoga and mindfulness. Once a young person learns how to focus their breath or feel safe in their bodies, they are empowered with a skill set they can draw from for the rest of their lives. We provide youth with the tools that help them find calmness and centeredness in challenging situations. These tools help them find their sense of individual purpose and inherent alive-ness.
