The Gift of Yoga

We are deeply grateful that you are willing to help the youth and caregivers we serve at Street Yoga. Your tax-deductible donation will help them build core strength and heal from past traumas. We have created five different donation levels as a guide.


Our Programs

Street Yoga brings weekly yoga and wellness classes to youth and caregivers at more than 25 partner sites. We partner with schools, social service agencies, shelters, treatment centers and other residential programs that are already serving youth and their families. Latest Research

Emerging research is beginning to suggest many possible uses for integrating yoga and mindfulness-based practices either as a stand-alone practice or as a complementary treatment method. Learn more about the latest evidenced-based studies here.
