

Yoga
Yoga is the key healing practice of the HCAY program. The yoga component is structured along therapeutic lines, developed with the coordination of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and a Task Force of mind-body professionals. Work will be modularized so that a long-term healing regimen can be followed. Areas of focus include (in gradual progression along a path of recovery):
