On June 23rd the Seattle Foundation
supported Street Yoga by allowing matched donations through an online Giving Center as part of their GiveBIG
This year the GiveBIG event became one of the biggest days of giving in King County history and raised nearly $1,800 for Street Yoga. It proved great success for the Seattle community non-profits, allowing an opportunity for first-time donor participation. With over 18,800 donations made to 900 non-profits, the GiveBIG challenge raised more than $4 million in ONE day!

The funding from the GiveBIG challenge will help Street Yoga continue to expand our service
to youth and families struggling with homelessness, poverty, addiction, abuse and trauma. Street Yoga is very grateful to the Seattle Foundation and their business partners for making such an impact on our community in just 24 hours.
