A new all-levels yoga class available by donation to people in recovery for drug and alcohol addiction. In class, students explore the benefits of yoga as support for recovery and sobriety. The rotating staff is made up of volunteers from Street Yoga and Living Yoga. The classes are held each Sunday morning at The People's Yoga. As of June 6, the class will be scheduled from 9-10:00 AM. YogaSlackers event at elementum: yoga and integrative therapy studio
Join Chelsea and Jason of YogaSlackers for "Redefining Balance" on Monday, June 28, 5:30-8:30 pm at elementum, 2368 NW Thuman.
