Co-taught by Street Yoga Founder Mark Lilly, with Lisa Mae Osborn and Diana Hulet, this workshop is for adults who are enduring any of the effects of any form of trauma, whether recent or old, psychic or physical, spiritual or emotional. Maybe it manifests as body pain, chronic low-energy or some other unhealthy fallout from past severe experiences; this workshop can help. By cultivating a loving stillness, we can learn to listen to our body, and find the places where we hold the pain and loss of trauma. Using yoga, guided meditation, and chanting, we will learn more about the patterns of old traumas still affecting us, and the ways in which we hold on to pain. Join us as we learn to shake ourselves loose from the tyranny of old pains and step with love into our beautiful lives!
